Is there an order minimum?
Minimums depend on your route and delivery day, and we keep them low so independent restaurants and small markets can order. Your rep confirms your minimum when your account opens.
How fast is delivery?
Order by 10 PM and it arrives the next morning, six days a week (Monday to Saturday), in our refrigerated trucks.
Do you carry halal meat?
Yes. We carry a dedicated halal line of beef, chicken, lamb and goat, with certification paperwork and halal-labeled invoices on request.
Can you cut to our specifications?
Absolutely. We portion, trim, grind and slice to your spec: exact steak weights, custom burger blends, shaved steak for cheesesteaks and pounded veal cutlets.
